Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00fcssen die Befestigungselemente Temperaturen nahe dem absoluten Nullpunkt bis zu 1,9 Grad Kelvin (minus 271 \u00b0C) sowie hohen Temperaturen w\u00e4hrend der Entgasung (300 \u00b0C) standhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Nach verschiedenen Tests befand CERN, dass BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0alle seine Anforderungen vollst\u00e4ndig erf\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<h2>Die BUMAX-L\u00f6sung<\/h2>\n<p>BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0liefert seit 1996 Befestigungselemente von hoher Qualit\u00e4t an CERN. BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109 wird f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche BUMAX\u00ae-Befestigungselemente bei CERN eingesetzt, und zwischen 2016 und 2018 wurden durchschnittlich 130.000 St\u00fcck geliefert.<\/p>\n<p>BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109-Befestigungselemente halten Tieftemperaturen von 1,9 Kelvin (-271 \u00b0C) stand und behalten ihre Eigenschaften auch bei Entgasungstemperaturen von bis zu 300 \u00b0C. Entscheidend ist, dass die amagnetische Eigenschafft von BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109 gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass die BUMAX\u00ae-Befestigungselemente nicht die Bewegung der Partikel und das Magnetfeld im Beschleuniger beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<h2>Zusammenarbeit von BUMAX mit dem Kunden<\/h2>\n<p>BUMAX hat mit CERN zusammengearbeitet und erfolgreich die Verwendung einer Silberbeschichtung der BUMAX\u00ae-Produkte zur Verringerung des Oberfl\u00e4chenverschlei\u00dfes getestet. Seit diesen Versuchen mit CERN bietet BUMAX auch anderen Kunden eine\u00a0Silberbeschichtung mit der Norm CERN 507 an.<\/p>\n<h2>Kundenvorteile<\/h2>\n<h3>Kosteneinsparungen<\/h3>\n<p>Da die Befestigungselemente sowohl Tief- als auch Hochtemperaturen standhalten k\u00f6nnen, werden durch BUMAX\u00ae109 erhebliche Austausch- und Wartungskosten f\u00fcr CERN\u00a0vermieden.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00d6kologische Vorteile<\/h3>\n<p>Edelstahl ist zu 100 % wiederverwertbar und beh\u00e4lt dabei seine urspr\u00fcnglichen\u00a0physikalischen Eigenschaften. Diese Recyclingf\u00e4higkeit verringert den Einsatz von Originalrohstoffen und die Kohlenstoffemissionen w\u00e4hrend der
