Das Projekt wurde gegr\u00fcndet vom Innovation Fund Denmark und zielt darauf ab die Besch\u00e4ftigung als auch die Exporte der d\u00e4nischen Wind-Energie-Industrie langfristig anzukurbeln. Das Projekt wurde im November 2020 abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<h2>Das Bed\u00fcrfnis nach innovativen Gr\u00fcndungsstrukturen<\/h2>\n<p>Da der globale Markt f\u00fcr Offshore Windenergie weiter w\u00e4chst, werden die Windenergieanlagen immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer und werden in immer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Wassertiefen errichtet. Dies erfordert unterschiedliche Gr\u00fcndungen und Gr\u00fcndungsstrukturen verglichen mit den konventionellen festverankerten Windenergieanlagen in flacheren Wassertiefen.<\/p>\n<p>Einige von diesen gro\u00dfen Tiefwasser Windenergieanlagen k\u00f6nnten sogenannte Jacket Gr\u00fcndungsstrukturen ben\u00f6tigen, bei denen es sich um Substrukturen handelt, welche traditionell in der Oil &amp; Gas-Industrie genutzt werden um Bohrinseln in Wassertiefen gr\u00f6\u00dfer als 100 Meter zu tragen. Zu den Herausforderungen f\u00fcr solche Strukturen geh\u00f6rt die kosteng\u00fcnstige Konstruktion und die Verwendung hochfester und korrosionsbest\u00e4ndiger Materialien.<\/p>\n<h2>Kosteneffiziente Gr\u00fcndungsstrukturen f\u00fcr Offshore Windenergieanlagen<\/h2>\n<p>Das CeJacket-Projekt untersucht das Potenzial, die Kosten f\u00fcr Windenergieanlagenfundamente zu senken. Indem beispielsweise die Verwendung von modularisierten Jacket Strukturen mit Schraubverbindungen anstelle von geschwei\u00dften Verbindungen untersucht wurde. Durch die Modularisierung w\u00fcrden gro\u00dfe spezialisierte Werftanlagen vermieden und die Herstellungskosten gesenkt, w\u00e4hrend die Strukturen entweder an Land oder auf See montiert werden k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMit der Modularisierung wird es m\u00f6glich sein, die einzelnen Teile f\u00fcr ganze Fundamente beispielsweise auf einem Hafenkai anstatt an bestimmten Orten wie Werften zusammenzubauen, die die enormen Fundamente nicht in ausreichender Anzahl produzieren k\u00f6nnen\u201c, sagt Finn Daugaard Madsen von Siemens Gamesa, der der erste Projektmanager f\u00fcr CeJacket war. &#8220;Dies bedeutet eine viel flexiblere Produktionsausstattung f\u00fcr Fundamente.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Verbindungselemente f\u00fcr anspruchsvolle Meeresumgebungen<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr modulare Jacket-Strukturen mit Schraubverbindungen k\u00f6nnen Edelstahlbefestigungen verwenden werden, die den Korrosionsbedingungen \u00fcber verschiedene Teile der Struktur hinweg standhalten. Dies schlie\u00dft die Bereiche unterhalb der Wasserlinie, oberhalb der Wasserlinie und innerhalb der entscheidenden \u201eSpritzzone\u201c ein, wo die Korrosionsbedingungen aufgrund wiederholter Nass- und Trockenzyklen und der Bildung von Salzablagerungen noch anspruchsvoller sein k\u00f6nnen. Die Schraubverbindungen m\u00fcssen au\u00dferdem eine hohe Festigkeit aufweisen und in all diesen Bereichen eine langlebige, wartungsfreie Befestigungsl\u00f6sung bieten.<\/p>\n<p>BUMAX stellte zusammen mit seiner Schwesterfirma Bufab Denmark dem CeJacket-Projekt Befestigungselemente zur Verf\u00fcgung, die die Partner testen konnten. Die Lebensdauer einer Windkraftanlage kann \u00fcber 25 Jahre betragen und an Standorten auf der ganzen Welt in rauen Meeresumgebungen eingesetzt werden.
