Das System wurde von der OHB System AG entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWir haben BUMAX\u00ae 88 Schrauben an der ANITA-2-Nutzlast verwendet, um einen Sicherheitsbeh\u00e4lter sicher abzudichten und entscheidende optische Komponenten zu befestigen\u201c, sagt Lukas Pfeiffer, Project Manager &amp; Systems Engineer bei der OHB System AG. \u201cGute Luftqualit\u00e4t ist extrem wichtig f\u00fcr die Gesundheit und Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit der Astronauten, und sowohl die NASA als auch die ESA sind mit der bisherigen Leistung von ANITA-2 sehr zufrieden.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BUMAX\u00ae 88 Verbindungselemente wurden aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Qualit\u00e4t und R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit ausgew\u00e4hlt. Die Verbindungselemente wurden mit einem 3.1-Zertifikat versehen, welches best\u00e4tigt, dass sie vollst\u00e4ndig nach DIN-EN-10204 gepr\u00fcft und gem\u00e4\u00df der Bestellspezifikation hergestellt wurden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWir ben\u00f6tigten ein 3.1-Zertifikat, welches BUMAX problemlos bereitstellen konnte\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Pfeiffer. \u201eWir mussten auch \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob die Gewinde der Schrauben gerollt wurden, da gerollte Gewinde zuverl\u00e4ssigere Befestigung gew\u00e4hrleisten und dazu beitragen, ein Fressen zu verhindern. Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden haben wir uns f\u00fcr unsere neue Nutzlast wieder f\u00fcr BUMAX entschieden.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Verbindungselemente f\u00fcr ein Sicherheitsgeh\u00e4use auf der ISS<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die neue Nutzlast von OHB \u2013 Granular Sound \u2013 ist ein Experiment zur Messung der Schallgeschwindigkeit durch einen mit Glaskugeln gef\u00fcllten W\u00fcrfel (ein sogenanntes Paket) in Mikrogravitation bei unterschiedlichen Paketdr\u00fccken. Das Experiment verwendet Tausende von Glaskugeln, um k\u00f6rnige Medien wie Sand oder Beton zu simulieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDas Geh\u00e4use dieses Pakets wird mit BUMAX\u00ae 88 Verbindungselementen sicher zusammengehalten, um zu verhindern, dass die Kugeln in der ISS umherfliegen\u201c sagt Pfeiffer. \u201eDas Mikrogravitationsexperiment wird wertvolle Daten f\u00fcr verschiedene terrestrische und Weltraumanwendungen liefern \u2013 von der effektiven Betonverarbeitung bis hin zum 3D-Druck im Weltraum oder auf dem Mond.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die verbesserten Eigenschaften von BUMAX\u00ae 88-Verbindungselementen werden durch einen h\u00f6heren Molybd\u00e4ngehalt (mind. 2,5%), einzigartige BUMAX-Fertigungsverfahren und die Beschaffung von europ\u00e4ischem Stahl h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t erreicht.
