Following a meeting with the customer, it was clear that the BUMAX\u00ae product range would satisfy all of these requirements.\u00a0 In addition, despite the wide range of dimensions required, all parts were available directly from stock at short notice.<\/p>\n
The customer\u2019s primary interest was the BUMAX\u00ae 88 range, although it was apparent that BUMAX technical expertise in stainless steel materials and high-performance bolting could potentially help the customer enhance performance and efficiency in other areas of their product portfolio.<\/p>\n

This gave the customer the peace of mind they required regarding the level of quality, consistency and performance that they could expect. The approval of BUMAX fasteners on the project not only helped to improve product quality but has also reduced the amount of uncertainty and administration related to the customer\u2019s own product quality processes.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe reliability and consistency of BUMAX products reduces risks associated with the use of generic stainless steel fastener products, which are likely to be produced from steel of varying quality and by various manufacturers based in different countries,\u201d says de Silva.<\/p>\n
For ease and cost efficiency, the customer\u2019s stock of BUMAX\u00ae 88 is held and managed locally by Bufab UK Ltd, a BUMAX sister company. This not only frees up the customer\u2019s own stock inventory but also removes the need for them to actively manage the supply and delivery of BUMAX fasteners themselves.<\/p>\n
