Les fixations devaient par ailleurs \u00eatre capables de supporter \u00e0 la fois des temp\u00e9ratures proches du z\u00e9ro absolu, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1,9\u00a0degr\u00e9 Kelvin (-171\u00a0\u00b0C), et des temp\u00e9ratures d&#8217;\u00e9tuvage \u00e9lev\u00e9es (300\u00a0\u00b0C).<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs essais, le CERN a conclu que les produits BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0satisfaisaient pleinement l\u2019ensemble de ses exigences.<\/p>\n<h2>La solution BUMAX<\/h2>\n<p>BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0fournit des fixations de haute qualit\u00e9 au CERN depuis 1996. Toutes les fixations BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0du CERN sont en BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109\u00a0: 130\u00a0000\u00a0pi\u00e8ces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fournies en moyenne par an entre 2016 et 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Les fixations BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109 supportent des temp\u00e9ratures cryog\u00e9niques d\u20191,9\u00a0degr\u00e9 Kelvin (-171\u00a0\u00b0C), mais sont \u00e9galement capables de conserver leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures d&#8217;\u00e9tuvage pouvant atteindre 300\u00a0\u00b0C. Autre point crucial\u00a0: non magn\u00e9tiques, les fixations BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109 n\u2019interf\u00e8rent pas avec le mouvement des particules et du champ magn\u00e9tique dans l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<h2>Collaboration BUMAX\/client<\/h2>\n<p>En collaboration avec le CERN, BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0a test\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s l&#8217;utilisation d\u2019un rev\u00eatement en argent sur ses produits afin de r\u00e9duire les risques de grippage. BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer \u00e0 d\u2019autres clients ce rev\u00eatement en argent, conforme \u00e0 la norme CERN 507.<\/p>\n<h2>Avantages pour le client<\/h2>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Capables de supporter \u00e0 la fois des temp\u00e9ratures cryog\u00e9niques et \u00e9lev\u00e9es, les fixations BUMAX\u00ae\u00a0109 permettent au CERN de s\u2019affranchir de co\u00fbts de remplacement et d\u2019entretien consid\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour l\u2019environnement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acier inoxydable est recyclable \u00e0 100\u00a0% sans perte de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques d&#8217;origine, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire
