Suite \u00e0 une erreur de fabrication d\u00e9couverte pendant la phase d&#8217;int\u00e9gration, TNO avait besoin d&#8217;une solution de fixation imm\u00e9diate pour pouvoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que certains trous de la structure de support de l&#8217;assemblage du miroir secondaire avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 usin\u00e9s avec des dimensions incorrectes \u00bb, explique Arjo Bos, responsable ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8mes et m\u00e9canique chez TNO. \u00ab Nous avons essay\u00e9 des vis standard A4 mais nous avons eu des probl\u00e8mes de grippage imm\u00e9diats. Avec un calendrier extr\u00eamement serr\u00e9 et des d\u00e9pendances avec d&#8217;autres projets, nous avions besoin d&#8217;une solution rapide qui permette \u00e9galement de r\u00e9soudre notre probl\u00e8me de grippage. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Livraison et assemblage en 24 heures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TNO a contact\u00e9 Pim Oome, responsable du d\u00e9veloppement commercial de BUMAX pour la r\u00e9gion du Benelux, qui a rapidement compris leurs besoins et a pass\u00e9 une commande acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e. Moins de 24 heures apr\u00e8s avoir contact\u00e9 BUMAX, TNO a re\u00e7u un lot de vis BUMAX\u00ae DX 129 EPK dans le site de Delft et les a install\u00e9es dans l&#8217;assemblage du miroir secondaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab BUMAX nous a vraiment sauv\u00e9s \u00e0 un moment critique de notre projet o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait crucial d&#8217;\u00e9viter tout retard \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Matias Kidron, chef de projet chez TNO. \u00ab La livraison des vis le lendemain a \u00e9t\u00e9 un atout et a \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par toute notre \u00e9quipe de projet, nous permettant de respecter notre calendrier. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-grippage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les vis BUMAX\u00ae DX 129 EPK utilis\u00e9es pour cette application \u00e9taient une variante sp\u00e9ciale de la nuance standard haute performance BUMAX DX 129. Le DX 129 EPK b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#8217;une duret\u00e9 de surface encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ce qui le rend presque insensible au grippage. Le DX129 EPK pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement l&#8217;avantage d&#8217;une rugosit\u00e9 de surface plus faible et d&#8217;une finition plus propre des vis, ce qui \u00e9limine le besoin d&#8217;une lubrification suppl\u00e9mentaire potentielle dans les applications o\u00f9 la contamination ou le d\u00e9gazage peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9occupants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La haute r\u00e9sistance des vis BUMAX\u00ae DX 129 EPK n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas essentielle, mais c&#8217;est une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par TNO.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Obtenir rapidement des vis anti-grippage \u00e9tait la chose la plus importante pour nous, mais la haute r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique des vis BUMAX est un bonus appr\u00e9ciable qui nous rassure lorsque les astronomes int\u00e8grent le miroir \u00bb, explique Bos.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><b><span lang=\"FR\">Le miroir secondaire adaptatif qui permet une meilleure astronomie au sol<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span lang=\"FR\">Le miroir secondaire adaptatif de TNO, d&#8217;un diam\u00e8tre de 244 mm, a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;IRTF en avril 2024. Le miroir est bas\u00e9 sur la technologie hybride aux actionneurs \u00e0 reluctance variable, qui utilise de petits actionneurs derri\u00e8re le miroir pour le pousser et le tirer afin de le d\u00e9former dans les zones voulues. Cela permet au miroir de corriger la distorsion de l&#8217;atmosph\u00e8re afin de garantir que la vue des corps c\u00e9lestes par l&#8217;IRTF soit aussi nette et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e que possible.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab Chez TNO, nous avons une longue exp\u00e9rience de travail avec des miroirs secondaires adaptatifs qui ont fait leurs preuves en laboratoire, mais nous \u00e9tions impatients de d\u00e9montrer notre technologie innovante sur un t\u00e9lescope \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Bos. \u00ab Nous utiliserions certainement des vis BUMAX pour d&#8217;autres connexions critiques o\u00f9 le grippage est un probl\u00e8me et o\u00f9 une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e est souhaitable.
