Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9duit de plus de moiti\u00e9 sa consommation d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 entre 2007 et 2019, les derniers investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 l’usine BUMAX d’\u00c5shammar au centre de la Su\u00e8de, permettent d’\u00e9conomiser 90 MWh d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires par an.<\/p>\n

“Depuis 2011, nous utilisons de l’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 100% renouvelable pour nos op\u00e9rations \u00e0 \u00c5shammar et nous travaillons continuellement \u00e0 optimiser l’efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique,” explique Anders Sj\u00f6lund, Manager Production Projects & Production IT chez BUMAX. “Deux de nos investissements r\u00e9cents ont non seulement r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement notre consommation d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, mais ont \u00e9galement permis des \u00e9conomies d’eau et de co\u00fbts.”<\/p>\n

Les 90 MWh \u00e9conomis\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces deux investissements repr\u00e9sentent environ 7% de la consommation totale d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de notre site en 2023, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 alimenter 4.5 foyers su\u00e9dois pendant un an.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nouveau bain de rev\u00eatement : 50 MWh et plus de 70 000 litres d’eau \u00e9conomis\u00e9s par an<\/h2>\n

\u00c0 l’automne 2022, BUMAX a install\u00e9 une nouvelle cuve de rev\u00eatement, super isol\u00e9 pour r\u00e9duire la demande de chauffage et enti\u00e8rement ferm\u00e9 pour minimiser l’\u00e9vaporation. Cet investissement fait partie des am\u00e9liorations continues de ses op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n

“En 2023, sa premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e compl\u00e8te de fonctionnement, le bain nous a permis d’\u00e9conomiser environ 50 MWh et plus de 70 000 litres d’eau par rapport \u00e0 notre ancien bain,” explique Per-Olov Strand, Production Technician and Flow Manager \u00e0 l’usine BUMAX d’\u00c5shammar.<\/p>\n

Le bain de rev\u00eatement pour transporteurs dispose de syst\u00e8mes de chauffage et de ventilation enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9s avec des modes d’\u00e9conomie d’\u00e9nergie. Une pompe remue la solution du bain, ce qui est beaucoup plus \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie que le syst\u00e8me de circulation d’air sous pression de l’ancien bain.<\/p>\n

Syst\u00e8me d’eau chaude efficace : environ 40 MWh \u00e9conomis\u00e9s par an<\/h2>\n

BUMAX a remplac\u00e9 sa chaudi\u00e8re \u00e9lectrique centrale d’eau chaude domestique par quatre chaudi\u00e8res plus petites produisant de l’eau chaude \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des points de consommation. L’eau chaude est utilis\u00e9e pour la cuisine, les salles de bain et les douches de l’usine BUMAX \u00e0 \u00c5shammar.<\/p>\n

“En installant des chaudi\u00e8res plus petites pr\u00e8s des points d’utilisation de l’eau chaude, nous \u00e9vitons la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de transporter l’eau chaude sur de longues distances, ce qui r\u00e9duit les pertes de chaleur,” d\u00e9clare Sj\u00f6lund. “Les nouvelles chaudi\u00e8res permettent d’\u00e9conomiser environ 40 MWh d’\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 par an par rapport \u00e0 l’ancienne chaudi\u00e8re centrale.”<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
